I tried, and it looks like they get to deal with this somewhat often. If they don't have the product, they only cancel the order.

Ill get this looked after for you J. Give me a bit here.. I don't know whats going on from either end. But you know for a fact dealing with MMS and the treatment you get has nothing to do with price or money. It has always been that way. Ill give you a call tomorrow.

Terrible way for any customer to be treated by a company Bet if you were in Quebec brp wouldn't treat u like that !
They despise western Canadians and take pleasure inot poking us when they can

I need to disagree with you on that statement. I dealt with BRP customer service on a sled issue I had in 14. I feel they went above and beyond to help me out. They even called me back a few months later to ensure I was satisfied. They clearly knew i was in Alberta.

Ya know, I gotta tell you all, that I'm so impressed with Martin Motor Sports. In the end, this was a smaller order, and the BRP side here is so broken, but they are going above and beyond to make sure that this doesn't happen again, and working hard to fulfill my order, even though it was placed with BRP online.

I can tell you without a doubt, I won't ever buy from BRP online ever again (and would discourage everyone to do the same here) until they fix this system.

Perhaps the local dealers will honor BRP promotions like this one in store when they push out the marketing again?

Buying online is a gamble, cause you don't really know who has inventory or if it's getting dropped shipped from a third party. And this is has led to the demise of the brick and mortar sled trying to compete with virtual stores. Still sucks thou, and the BRP online store is far from perfect, but it keeps the dealers parts retail honest!!!

We call you for parts and get them delivered to Revy. LOL!

Definately not any dealers fault for a broken system.
You are correct about keeping the parts pricing real honest.

Too bad these 3rd party online companies even exist... Have seen similar situations happen, and know it's not the fault of the manufacturer, the dealer or the customer. Totally fault of the 3rd party online sales company, that is in no way connected to any of them.... Hopefully brp can get this sorted out for future sales?

Kudos to curtis and trent at martin motorsports :)

I dealt with Curtis when I bought my XMR, and I must concur, he is one amazing dude to deal with. I couldn't have been happier. Helped me out a lot. Answered all my questions. I give him a 10. 👍

MMS is a pretty big dealer and unfortunately with a dealer that size it is almost impossible to have a 100% rock star staff. It sounds like you may have had one of their less devoted customer service reps. I'm a picky prick for service and couldn't be happier with the service I have received from MMS South on my sleds. I currently have an 850 that seems to have an appetite for belts. When I brought this up with the service dept I was told to bring it in immediately and they would start to diagnose that day. When I dropped it off my salesman assured me they will get this sorted out. Belts were warrantied and they are working hard on finding the fix for the problem. You cant ask for more than that.

I have also dealt with the west end location for my boats and was very impressed with the service. I ended up buying my latest boat from another dealer only because they could offer a boat with an option that MMS brands did not offer at the time. The service I receive on my current boat isnt half as good as what I had at MMS.

I am sure one of the better peeps from MMS will make this right for you. Cheers.
