As we all know these sleds are wicked machines right out of the box, but I'm curious to hear what you guys are doing to improve these already very capable sleds!

So other than a significant change to the ODO :d what have you guys done to your AXYS?

I shed more than 11lbs with Alt Impacts 36" Ti a-arm kit, full front end Ti bolt kit, Ti wear bars, and Ti front/rear torque arm with rear bolt kit. That's on top of the near 15lbs I shed with a NPP can.

I'm also in love with the Munster finger throttle!

Added a full slp exhaust. Shed 14lbs and gains are supposed to be +9hp. Fit and finish is top notch, sounds great (not too loud) and you can actually feel the increase in power. A clutch kit was added and no programmers necessary. Next is a one of ,,509 ink wrap which is on its way .

SLP pipe is a great add on! Be aware though that no fuel controller is required however you will need a resistor in line with your EGT probe if you plan on riding below 4000 ft. In revy I do a lot of riding kind of on the border of that around 3500ft sometimes so I'm considering putting that resistor on a toggle switch. The SLP exhaust fits perfectly and is not too loud. I cannot stand loud cans anymore.

If you have the stock walker shocks pretty much any after market set up is better. I have evol 3's on my front end and love the easy adjustability of them. Also the rear carbon fiber bumper is junk so either rivet in a new piece of aluminum to replace it or get a skinz one.

Stock lower a-arms... ok if you don't ever hit anything ever these will be fine. If the impact transfers directly to the lower a arm it will be bent and easier than you think it should. I have zbros a-arms and they are much better and only one ounce heavier per arm.

Just some of my observations after 800 miles, enjoy your new machine!

Ken at Mountain Magic has went thru his Axys and has some great ideas as to what add ons he would recommend. I bet his will haul azz when he gets done with it.

Maybe he scares the crap out of himself many times each day. A two compartment bag with clean on one side and dirty on the other would likely be very handy.

Hace an underseat storage bag and handlebar bag. Also an npp can and polaris extreme front and rear bumper. But be warned that you travel tarp might be too tight to fit as mine ripped when I put it on after the bumper

So after the first few rides figured out that the stock goggle dry compartment will not hold a pair of goggles I figured out my own heated compartment for goggles, also added a tether and a weight reduction losing the suitcase and got the bbq back on....

SSI titanium can. Stock is 19.5 lbs, SSI is 2.7. Stock goggle compartment behind windshield works great for me. Just fold em in half and stick them in there- it will work, closes up nicely and doesn't hurt the goggles whatsoever. None of my buddies would believe me till I showed them. I am very interested in weight saving on this sled. SSI Titanium pipe saves 6 lbs. I believe, but is pricey. I'm interested in any weight saving ideas. I'll look into the above mentioned A-arms and Ti bolt kit. Power is the other part of the equation. Waiting on the 910 and 962 kits coming out from Wayde Johnson and Stroker Customs. In talking to them, their kits will use the stock pipe, so there goes that weight savings. It's a first world problem.

I tried a friends sled (13 pro) with the pro motion, but it also has a 35" front end. It's basically a snow bike with a large 3" paddled
track and 2 skis!
