Has anyone had there high beam and handle bar heaters quite at the same time? I tested the light plug with a tester and there is no power to the harness pin. Is there any fuses besides the 2 amp by the clutch? That fuse was ok.

I would bet good money that the wiring plugged into the switches that are mounted on the console came loose. Pull back the plastic and take a look, i had it happen to me before.

The heaters and high beam don’t always work at idle also. Not enough voltage till engine is higher rpm.

Ya I talked to the dealer and they said that it is probably the voltage regulator.

That or the cheap switches! 3 decent switches and 7/8 more sealed connections can't add that much more to the original $

Picked up my 18 pro, first ride out to valemount and hand warmers worked but high beams wouldn’t work at all. Just wondering if you had any luck rectifying your issue. Thanks

My sled was like that. The cables were not connected to the switch, or the connection 4" from the switch.

It is the relay in frount of your oil tank. It is wraped inside the Velcro pouch. When you unplug it the connection will be rusted

I played with all of the wiring and noticed it wouldn't work at idle. When I went for a ride everything worked so I asked the dealer and they said she to the electric oil pump when you are at idle it will shut down all the power to your aaccesories and all the power will go to your oil pump.
