the percentage of people who get caute drunk driveing is so small its pathetic..why are parking lots leagal at bars?most of the time you even need a drivers licence to getinto a bar..my heart goes out to people who have lost family to drunk drivers our society does very little to keep people from operateing motor vehicles while impaired..
