I will check around for video's. as for power, i have never dynoed the truck. HP calculator puts it just over 1000 rear wheel hp, but like i said it's never been on a dyno so don't know for sure.

If anyone is interested there are sled pulls in darwell on saturday & sunday. alot of guys are racing on saturday and going to the pulls on sunday.

We were at the Darewell show and saw alot of the truck from there pulling the sled. It was Dodge, Dodge, Dodge til a black Ford with a Waterloo sticker down the side put them to shame. Only 1 Chevy in the whole group:(

nobody runs chevies except the one guy. the ifs sucks ass when pulling. unless you got your suspension clamped down solid on ther front end it jumps and darts all over the place and breaks chit. if you watch him before he pulls he takes out the shocks and puts in a solid bar to try to lessen the hopping. needs a solid axle conversion imo. that would make it pull better.

We were down for the day of Drags. For being newly sponsered it wasnt a bad show. Nowhere near as many trucks or peps watching as last year though.
The Natinal Record was beat also. 10.05 in a grey dodge. Man was he fast. Plus the bonus was watching the Big Rig pulling a 12sec run. Kids were amazed with the smoke and burnouts!!:d
Hope they can roll the sledpulls and drags into 1 wknd at same location next year.

Went through the pits and meet a few reacers from last year & they were PO'd about trying to do the drags & then make it to Darwell for the pulls.

The announcer at Darwell said the attendance there was waaaay up from last year, they brought in extra grand stands and still people were standing everywhere. I hope they keep the pullin in Darwell, it's a cool event for such a small place.

Culvert, did you see a black lifted Dodge dually with twin stacks through the bed at the drag races? He was at Darwell and put a pretty amazing show for mods he had done. It was kinda funny cause he had his air gate on with a fifth wheel hitch so it was obviously a daily driver which was pullin his wheeler house after the event.

Nope, mines a dark green crewcab gmc. Torrey (dark grey dodge) and Aaron (orange dodge) were in that race, they both left tranny fluid on the track.

Took my dad's sled pulling truck to Darwell on sunday. here's a video. Keep in mind this is the first time he has ever been hooked to a sled.

Not bad at all for a first time. How was the track on Sunday? It rained Sat night for about 15-20 min just enough to slick up the track then the bobcat operator went home and they were using the big Jonny to clear the piles but it looked real rough, not much finess with a grapple bucket.
