The only choice! The 90's called, they want their color back! haha! I'm sure it will be a nice shade of grape..... You can pull out your checkered purple Choko sled jacket! It's back in vogue!

This is April conditions section smarty pants!

Dirty double dog dare you to move this to the G4 section!
We will then discuss the color of Lemon Yellow - it is never out of fashion at BRP.

Going to Renshaw Saturday?
Drag Ron along.

Would like to go, Haven't been to Renshaw in a long time. My only open is the following weekend. Hopefully the trail conditions can hold up a bit longer. Wouldn't take much to convince Ron.

Just wanted to pass on a huge Thank you for the trail conditions that we had last Saturday up to the Renshaw cabin! Great job! We had a blast up in the alpine and on the trail going up and coming down!

He goes at least till the 15th! And he told me he could go longer but that depends on how many riders are still riding at that time. Trails are still holding up good, and about 6" of new snow has fallen.

Ya there was about 6" on the backside at Renshaw and 12-16 at spirit's little hidden jems.
Headed out there early and weather turned to poop by noon so headed out of there before all visibility was lost.
Windy, tracks were totally covered coming back from Spirit in open areas.

Just the 3 of us out there till 11:30 when we came back.
5 gallons-2 cans each and out by 2:30PM

Little slide coming down to spirit. Looks good back there, when's the sun coming out again?

There was a small suff slide dropping from Wolverine to the Backside but we saw no slides on the way to or at Spirit today.
Unless something happened after we left.
The little suffer in picture was way past the lake, that whole area was about 12-16" of fresh and wind deposited.
That is not a picture of Spirit Lake, this is about 8ish km past Spirt.

No full sun days in forecast for a while yet.

Talked to Hotrod and grooming will continue this week! But do not park in the main parking lot at Renshaw, continue down the road and go in to where the collection shack is and Darrell will tell you where to park. Lucielle parking lot it is getting bare but the trail starts right at the collection shack and Belle parking lot still has snow. All trail still holding good snow and in great shape and snow in the alpine is still good for spring riding!

Yes that's fine, I think right now he's only parking people as far as the wide spot around the corner from the shack. I asked him why not let everyone go to the lot at 2km but he said the trail is still about 2ft deep and people would be getting stuck in no time!

At least another week before melted enough to cross the bridge.

No really any dirt even to the fist corner past both.

Sounds like good snow coverage this year. Couple of years ago we went April 11th to the Renshaw and we were parked at km6 and had many bare spots on the trail up.
