Not all converters will supply power with the batteries disconnected. Thats why I asked about the style of converter, but it does sound like is a non progressive charge converter since its using a glass tube fuse.

Absolutely.
Forgot about that.
Still worth checking though I think.

Thoughts?

I think you and I are more interested in solving this. LOL.

What year, make and model is the 5th wheel.

I’m still not clear if it’s blowing only when the generator is running. If that’s the case check the generator out put for 120v and 60hz. My dads motorhome had an Onan that was revving to hi and outputting 146vac and 84hz. Made the charge controller do all kinds of weird things till it finally blew the charge controller. I just measured output and adjusted the run speed till I had 60hz.

Running motors on not enough power (gen) will burn them out really fast. Motors will drag a lot of current when they are 1/2 cooked so to speak.

Well I did some thinking and testing, and I looked at the battery caps and 3 cells or holes were full on one side and the other two were full but the third was hardened right up, I’ve had the battery since 14, this is 1991 jayco 5th wheel eagle, it’s been well looked after and it’s never done this all time I’ve onwned it on power or generator or just battery, seems like ever since I put my new pump in or my jack motor which is wire separately is now blowing fuses in it

Nice at least your finding something.
Kimrick mentioned the batteries in a earlier post. Are you running only 1 battery or two 12’s. Id remove that questionable battery out of the circuit, and try more troubleshooting again with a better battery.

Yes it’s one 12 volt battery, what does it mean when it’s gelled up!? On one cell or hole in it!? And I’m gonna do that come spring, like when I was camping I barely had any battery power which was rare for that trailer and than everything stopped working lights plugins so I pressed the gif plug in the washroom and it’s was hard, so I let it sit than tried it everything worked great than I noticed my glass fuse was blown, so I’ve replaced lots since than,

My generator shat the bed last year and was only outputting 60v,.. after running trying to use the microwave it gave up the ghost. Now it's looking for a new microwave and I already replaced the generator, lol.

Start will a good known battery.

As for water pump I run a circuit breaker

Poor ground to trailer Chassis can cause some weird crap like power back feeds etc.

Good grounds, good power.
Green death inside wires can be brutal to find.
Volt meter all fuses and a test light can light on very low voltage.

Amp test draw water pump.

Most meters nowadays are fused 10amp unless you take it apart and slice in a 30amp blade fuse, another route is an amp clamp.
