You would be better off swapping out to a CR tunnel with boards. Superior quality and huge deep snow improvements.
Don't be fooled by the D&R, not worth the effort or the problems that comes with it for very very very little if truly any improvement. Though many do fantasize that it does, its old school taken from the 90's polished and remarketed for sells. Todays suspensions are far ahead of the suspensions of the 90's. If it worked so well Polaris and the master of gimmicks BRP would be on it.

I already have the CR boards but the complete factory tunnel is surprisingly cheaper than I expected. Haven't talk to CR Racing yet though, but will give them a shout before buying. While I was changing the tunnel I was going to go with the Iceage Elevate kit so need the drop and roll for that.

Just make sure that is the route you want to go, we tested the Iceage Elevated set up with the idea of building our version and it has issues in handling weight transfers and climbing. Its fine in deep snow boondocking, treeriding technique. Wouldn't advise it or recommend it otherwise.

Hmmm most of what I read stated it as a game changer for the Sidewinder/King Cat and haven't really heard a bad thing about it. I wonder how it would be with the Baker rear section?

Hmmm most of what I read stated it as a game changer for the Sidewinder/King Cat and haven't really heard a bad thing about it. I wonder how it would be with the Baker rear section?

Not saying its bad, just saying make sure of the riding style you plan on using it for.
It is a game changer for the SW in only the fact that it changes the over all center of gravity, makes it higher. This height change decreases the center of gravity making the sled feel lighter and more agile but the payment is a lost in wheelie control, even with a lockout.
So depending on your preference you will love it or hate it.

With that said, i would expect that guys who have installed them will rave about it, being they spent the coin and not too many would admit it wasn't what they truly thought.
At the end of the day we decided not to offer a kit because it didn't meet our expectations.

Yes I have the Zbroz front spring, but even Bill Mohr who offers a front spring stated the elevate kit is a game changer on our sleds.

My 174 tail walks, you just have to adjust and be aware, plus a good pair of solid boots with CR boards is almost a must, LOL. These are not for everybody, once setup things happen fast if not accustom.

I wont be getting home from Angola until the end of February it looks like so might not be able to get our sledding until March. Upgrades wont be completed until over the summer though, I can fix the tunnel enough to get me through the rest of the season.

In March will be riding Sicamous to Revy zones if your into a Revy ride and Pemberton Icefields Coastal zones first couple weeks in April. I'm familiar with all these areas, been doing it for a long time. Would be cool to have another Winder a long instead of 2smokes to beat up on
