I have ridden boulder, frisby, caribou and keystone. What is it like riding sale? Is this a nice area to have a full day in or is it quite small. How long is the trail in? Thanks in advance.

Trail is approx 20km ungroomed. Spent 2 days up there last weekend (Dec 4&5) and it was 2 of the best riding days I have had in a long time. Untouched snow everywhere you went. Excellent tree riding area with a few good climbs. Dropping off the bank of the lake we broke through a few times but nothing serious. If you are using a long trailer to cart around your sleds you will have to unload at the wide spot on the west side of the highway. As well there is no cabin but definetly worth the trip up. Fairly large area you could spend the whole day riding without seeing it all.

PS: the trail ride in can be made fun going off track.
