Want to give a big :thumb: to Dragonweld28... I inquired about a clutching package from Ben. He went over every option with me & what budget I had. Wemt out of his way to meet up & bring the parts to me. The improvement was huge. It up and back shifts so fast I couldn’t believe how much better my sled pulled in the fresh deep snow. I was keeping up with the big 850 163 3” boys!!!
My stock sled would power out going up the steep hills. Now I have tons of power on the way up hills. And back shifting in tree riding is incredible. Best upgrade on my 2016 800 SKS 155 2.6” Thanks for all your help & can’t start saving fast enough for the rest of the clutching parts.

Put Ben’s clutching in my 850 Axys and tried it out last week. Worked as advertised. Once I reflashed and added his helix and springs I had to add about 2g more to the primary. Nice smooth engagement in the bottom and pulls hard up to 8250. Builds great track speed and I haven’t even installed Pro gears yet.

Talked with Ben yesterday. Going to get a kit coming my way.

Dave it makes a CRAZY difference,.. the shifting to my anyways is 10x better than the stock,.. and with the 2020 flash bueno! I'm running 10-70's right now but still hitting upwards of 8400 on occasion.

I'm reluctant to try the 2020 flash cause mines working soo well right now. Has anyone run this clutching geared down a bit? As it is right now I can get the belt pretty hot in short order

Mines running cool,.. I can put my hands on the drives where before they were hot. Throw the kit in,. try it then decide if you want the 2020 flash.

Put the flash in and the kit. Mine was running great after the first flash but it’s crazy better after the second reflash. I’m at 70 g and it pulls hard to 8300. I’m going to throw a set of Pro gears in and it should be spot on.

Is there a flash for the 800's like the ones for the 850? Only taken sled back to dealer once when it was new for a recoil that crapped out.

The 850 flash was to fix some calibration issues, the 800 runs pretty good, I don’t think there’s any reflashes

Correct, there was only the 850 flash, image of 2nd bulletin and issues it deals with. Not sure if anything will be released for the 800.

I have Ben's kit with the 2020 flash as well as the pro gears and i couldnt be happier... it runs like a champ and no slip or fade even in deep light or heavy snow... a big improvement over the stock set up for sure... I found the stock clutch set up felt as though it was slipping upon initial engagement and it really lacked that initial low end power, that all changed with Ben's clutch kit. believe me when i tell you its worth the change.
