I really think you will have to do something to get that track turning, with my 670 going to the 8 tooth drivers was enuff with the 144, :beer:but up to a 151 I geared down and I think that 600 will be working reeeaaal hard pulling hills, gotta keep the rpm and track speed up. I'm sure others will have some idea's on this.

20T top sprocket, 42 lower or 43. My drivers are 9T extros, pulls along just fine, about 70 mph on the flat trail at 7500 rpms (according to someone else's speedo since I don't have one) :D. Spring riding when you have more hook up and less spin you can drop to a 19T on the top. Talk to Deano670 or Summitric, I'm sure they'll have some good ideas. Summitric has a 151 on his sled as well I think.

That's lookin' pretty sweet... I'm impressed. My 14 year old(junior highmark) polished the tunnel on my 1000rt summit today and it's lookin' good too. Congrats on the work so far. All your hard work is paying off!

put a dj kit in my 01 800 summit, had to change to tra3 rev clutches, rollers in primary are diff, also won't work on formula secondary 03years and down.
once i got it dialed in all i can say is wow! have setup for home and one for mountains, works great super back shifting,8100 rpm all day long.

you dont need a tra3.. primary you do need the HPV27 secondary for sleds older than 2001 and older.

why did you have to change to a tra3?
