so my sled starts and ran flawlessly after tuning but now every once in a with it will pow out of the exast pipe. I figure its a tad lean. but the blugs are gold. should I go a bit richer?

Can also be the throttle override kicking in. Make sure machine is warmed up before giving her guns. Also sometimes backfires when first started as this is a normal occurance for this ignition system.

mine does the same thing. always has as far as i can remember. you dont happen to have a manual by chance maybe you could help me out with some specs. i need torque specs for all engine bolts and possibly spk. plug gap if at all possible thanks

Yesterday it was only running on 1 cylender, we thought it as a carb problem. we took of the carb and looked it over. it was clean and nothing was stuck. so we put it back together and rotated the plugs. IT HAD WAY MORE SNAP! but rarley when you go to pin it it will POP. It could be bad gas I just washed it, some water could be in the tank.
