Hey guys, did a search for my problem but all I found was an unanswered post with the same problem. The problem is I bought a 97, 700 Grand Touring SE and the air ride suspension is not working. The previous owner said he had it looked at and the dealer told him it would cost $1200 to fix so he just rod it as is. So do I need to fix the air ride in order to ride or can I ride it as is? Is there a way to by-pass the compressor to manually adjust the suspension?

So if I were to buy a compressor for the suspension, has anyone ever changed one? Wondering how hard it is to change or if special tools are required? Any advice would be appreciated.

probably way cheaper to find a non air skid from a snowmobile wrecker and get rid of the air ride. just my opinion
