I personally think hes full of chit unless he works at a dealership. To my knowledge BUDS's 2 hasn't been copied yet and that's all that will work on the new Turbo's.

Isnt budds 2 strictly to be used on the dealer network as well??? No more borrowing the laptop anymore??
Whoever wrote that text is IMO full of it. I know how to turn on the break in, change the driver size, budds is actually very easy to use.

I suppose a dealer tech could sneak the lap top home but as far as these clone systems out there this is partly why BRP has updated to version 2.

Be awfully disappointed if I bought a turbo to factory tune it up and couldn’t lol
Maybe doesn’t know only the 2 works on turbo ??

And you pretty much need it for any kinda work on these new ones
Quick search on google brings up buds2 kits that you can buy on amazon
If nothing else it was fun to stir the pot

Well if they are for sale on Amazon then I guess someone has figured out how to copy it. All I know is BRP made the first version obsolete and that is the same version guys with a couple bucks have in their garage to impress their friends.I don’t know what version he has. That’s not the update 850T fans want to see
If the factory is down all summer there might not be any new turbos for next season. That thing could be worth it weight in gold.

He’ll be by soon enough with some kind of explanation that another brand drove by this golden french turd and killed it with electronic interference caused by an inferior wiring harness. That, or the thing imploded due to its own awesomeness and this is “standard maintenance procedures”.

Nice, put up another update with review and KM the day before snow check ends. April 13?
1500km on mine and the most trouble free sled I have owned.

I think BRP did an amazing job with the new turbo. 1 out of 1000 broke down and had to heli lifted out. Wow that's pretty remarkable.
