800R not pulling RPM

Thanks TPOWER! Do I need any grease/lube on the seals? Looking at the parts phish theres something there but can I use a substitute so I don't have to go buy the doo one?

I used Dow Corning 111, it just a dielectric grease on the seals

Perfect, I've got some permetex dielectric in the cabinets in the shop.

After looking that up I may have to just run to napa/bumper to bumper kinda place and pick up that stuff or something similar, don't think the stuff I have will work
