800 r dual ring piston kits

I gotta freshin up 3 800r's ,and I'm going with the dual ring kits,any dealers or peeps got 3 of these complete kits for sale,with gaskets ,if so how much? I also got 2 mono blocks with minor scuffs ,so hoping to swap the 2 damaged ones for a replated one..

i can get you these kits, spi dul ring pistons, wristpin bearings tha are caged, and gasket kit with crank seals and isofex grease. these kits sell for $499.95, i do have a brand new 800r topend from a 2010 zero miles on parts. pistons and mono cyl. was removed for 880bb. call me at 250 546 8872

also have a set of factory 800r pistons used and a set of spi dual rings used with about 400kms each set of those ill sell for $100.00 a set
gasket kits are as follows: topend $80.00, full set $145.00 dual ring pistons $170.00 each, wristing bearings $10.00 each, isoflex grease $50.00 50grams.

Don't like spi stuff even tho some say Mcb and spi are the same.

Have had both side by side and Mcb's are different

Ahh ...a buddy n he's a member on here ... he was tryin to sell his seld on kijiji and i noticed it so i replyed, minutes after my reply add was pulled...effn funny man..04 rev 800 144 i did just do a top end on it mid last winter for 4200$$ (dreamer)i've fixed that sled tooo many times ... he didnt even know it was me askin about it.

Just did mcb's in my bro's 07 couple weeks ago. Ordered off ebay. Complete kit was 335 to the door in 1.5 weeks.

i just finished my 07 800r... it had 2400m on it and raves blew apart into cylinder... long story short i was able to find cylinders everywhere about 600... and spi dual ring kit for 230$ on ebay... quick ship. I am dieing to go riding. we have no snow yet here... maybe valemount nov 28. good luck

Yes, SPI and MCB are the same Chinese piston ...just one is in a different box and has oiling holes ..

MCB and SPI are from the same factory, in TAIWAN not CHINA

Different companies. MCB has dual rings, SPI has single rings.

Lots of success with MCB, I don't think you can go wrong.

That sounds like a good deal if they are local. I get my MCB kits off of ebay for 300 but I live on the US border so I just run across and get them. Very happy with my MCBs.

That sounds like a good deal if they are local. I get my MCB kits off of ebay for 300 but I live on the US border so I just run across and get them. Very happy with my MCBs.

Well the MCB are the same Nachmen piston The hyperdrive version.. MCB added a few oiling holes to theirs.. But they are made at the same factory as the hyperdrive pistons.. SPI also has a LOWER quality Nachmen piston that will look different and is a lesser quality piston and sold for less $$$ but the Hyperdrive pistons are their top of the line product and are the same piston, minus the oiling holes as the MCB..

Ask MCB where there pistons are manufactured and also ask them who imports them for them.. this will 100% clear it up for you

So for piece of mind.......buy a set of Kelseys magical pistons. They come with a complementary bottle of snake oil!

I have a lot of hard miles on MCB pistons. They are cheap and they work great.

well my stocker bearings look like new and they had just under 6000 k on them,,these had 1000-1200k
