800 Power Tek PTO Bearing

Hey guys,

I'm wanting to regrease my PTO bearing on my 09 800 PTEK. How much grease to you put in there? And how do you clean the old stuff out. Just looking for some advice

Just did 2 of them. A 09 and a 10.

Dig out as much as u can. Pack in the new stuff and pack the back side of the seal..

We rolled them over on there side and let the grease go in. Stuffed the seals in by hand and then the seal retainer.

These where the seals. Mine is the whitish grease and the 09 is the Brown crap.

Like tex said get as much out as you can I used a small flat blade screw driver to dig it out with. Then to put it back I bought a small syringe from co-op and used 1/8 gas line on the end if the syringe to get the grease far into the bearing.


Sent while sitting on the toilet when I should be working!
