hey guys im looking for the go to setups for my 2010 hcr. I only get out to the mountains twice a year but when i am there I want this sled to run its best. I have a different sled for riding at home so this setup can be strictly mountain.

Whats everyone doing for performance? clutching, reeds, intake, head, pipes?
is there a "hot" setup that most guys are getting great results with?

thanks in advance!

Timbersled intake, MBRP can, gas, oil then go. The stock clutching works great on mine, i pressured up my front shocks a little higher to 70 psi so it tips over easier onto one ski. 125 psi in rear shock keeps the skis on the snow nicely for me while climbing.

Boondockers pump gas kit , your waisting time with pipes and crap , go turbo and you will never go back to a stock sled

if a turbo is too much get an rk tek clutch kit and head. will help that sled out lots. get a can of your choice to drop the weight, some side vents to keep clutches cool, a guage relocator so you can see your guages, bdx anti slop kit for the steering post.. some better running boards if your not happy with them.

just a couple things for ya :p
