377 rotax wont pull it self

hey guys i got a problem with a 377 rotax in my daughters sled some help would be great runs great ideals great fires on both cyc but wont pull itself .,103psi on one cyc and 105 on the other put some oil in it and it goes to 120 normal i have cleaned both carbs tore them right down(twice) they are good lots of fuel
when i start it and lift the track and warm it up then rev it up a few times hit the stop button the (cyc on the clutch side) plug is dry and the other one is wet i have loosened the track of bore scoped the exhaust no blockedge every thing looks fine it should run on a 100psi new belt also lost for words

I would toss a set of new plugs in. I am betting one is laying down.

that was the first thing i did rule number one with any snowmobile is spark plugs first tried two new sets

Could be a clutching issue as well, might be time to tear them down and clean and inspect.
