36" front end

Has anyone installed the 36" front end yet ?? I just did mine tonight and once I had everything together my alignment is way out to lunch .... the left ski is pretty much straight and the right ski is way toed out with the bars straight .... it's so bad it looks like one tie rod is longer but they are same length. .. any help would be much appreciated

Make sure u locktight the upper control arm bolt - machined nut


Buddy installed his and it fell out in the middle of no where

Also had a new 16 loose it too


It's the nut that goes into the control arm

A buddy did his viper and same thing. Had to re align everything.
Yeah just talked to the dealer and sounds like I over camed the steering so now I'm on the hunt for a manual to figure out how to reset all of that

It's the nut that goes into the control arm
That nut doesn't go into the control arm. It sits in the underside of the top of the spindle.

But it goes into the bottom side on the spindle, cheesezy design if u ask me

Guess it ok as long as it don't fall out lol

I made sure to red lock tite mine the second I read your first post on it. Hopefully I'm OK now. I'll certainly be keeping and eye on it now tho.

Yes, like I said

The guy with the 16, it fell out factory


The guy with the 13 installed his, so both ways they are falling out


Just a FYI for u cat guys, cause with out that sum byotch ur screwed
