3" track option rumors

So there seems to be some rumblings of a 3" option being released from Cat, including 7 tooth drivers. Anyone else hear anything about this, or know any details??

It is true.. As a dealership I know well and deal with lots offered a free upgrade to the 3" powerclaw if you snowchecked a sled thru them.

Was told it will be available in a 153 & 162.

There is mention of it on SW. From what I've gathered, if you snowchecked a 2015, it is available in the fall as a track exchange. Not sure it will apply north of 49.

Just got word from my dealer that they will do the track exchange for 1450$ all said and done.

Flatlander I just depends how the dealer markets things. One dealer will sell the sled for $13,000 and upgrade to 3" for $1450. Next dealer is advertising a free 3" upgrade but the sled is $14,450. Nothing is ever truly FREE in life. - Cody
