You guys are making dynamo Joe a rich man. And letting brp off the hook. But at least it runs like it should. Enjoy.

Yep the standard technique of a second rate dealer. Don’t let them get off that easy. Tell them to contact other dealers and for god sake open up a case with brp. Why are we paying for this...

Sometimes in life it's just easier to work around the clowns than work with them.

LOL! Couldn’t have said it better. I would like to think the dealer may get the message when my next sled purchase is through someone else, but I’m not convinced of that.

In them hills.
The season is almost half over, this was a known issue before the snow fell.
Unfortunately Your better off fixing it yourself, and your leaving alot on the table with the stock clutching.

There is Lots of options out there as to fixing the revving issue. Unfortunately it will get worse after breakin, Oler1234 has a solid fix, and so does the aftermarket, it all depends on what you want.

As mentioned above, Im very happy with my sled. These things are super fun and they pull hard, and they will only get better.
Cheers to the test pilots the real research and development arm of brp.

You guys are doing good work.
Let the rest of us know when all the links are worked out.

Got some seat time on a 165 turbo.
Super smooth on the power deliver.
Never know it was a turbo other than the blow off and extra track speed.
Pulls hard but not rip your arms off hard.
Wheelie on command - if you dont like that some skid work required.
If you want more than an NA this sled is pretty dam slick!
If clutch tuning is all it needs that is pretty dam good for first shot out of the gate. Doo has weights.
The sled I rode was reclutched to not over rev.
Did I mention that it has super smooth power deliver???? lol
If you want big power still need aftermarket kits but there are likely very few out there that can use this sled to full potential all the time - 3/4 of the time.
Curious to see if there are any changes to 2022.
An excellent ride regardless of $$$$$, it's just a pricey game.
Hmmff, nice!

And you rode it like a Rental, just like your signature. Except for going up that hill at the wall area of lakeview, maybe next time.

Martins is installing my dynamo joe kit in on Tuesday. I’ll report how it is. So far martins added the heavier bolts and I added the factory weighted washers at $26. My rpm at full throttle on a pull in decent powder is 8000-8100 rpm. Have 1190 km on sled.
Running flawless, crisp clean power after breakin

Caper11 has installed Dynamo Joes kit and is very happy with it. He has his sled now broken in as well

A bit of history with martin. they dont exactly like me. Kits have been installed there in the past and have had "helix installed wrong" "no swivel washer in helix" and a few other details, made me go "wth?" And who gets s4it on when a guy's weekend is ruined?... Then i go through a checklist and find out part-install-error, then customer(s) go over there and chew someone a new arse and then im "double mud" again from another person because the installer had to re-do. And now they dont like me because i find root of problem. These situations is one of the handful of reasons i push "install yourself, yer the best guy to do the job". Ok so this is years old information, but old info still lives on. Surprised that martin would even do the install.

The problem with installing yourself is that you need 300$ in special tools. Or a buddy that has them lol

Yeh I don’t get it . Most dealers DO NOT like clutch kits that work so don’t think they are just picking on you buddy . Lol
More belt heat , more parts , more money for them .
