Actually, I bet Ski-Doo will dominate that market with the 900 ace turbo, is it for me or you no, but the more numbers each category brings in, allows a manufacture to pool in more money and resources for engineering and new shinny stuff for us. That means better stuff in the future! There is more to riding than just mountain riding. Also there are a ton of new products and cool stuff for 2019, those who buy will see that. If your not stoked on the new stuff, well then keep enjoying your 16, 17, or 18! New helmets, new PAC, the 850 and ski doo has taken top spot int he mountain segment, we sold more snow checks in 2018 than 2017 and are selling more every day, it is great that so many people are coming into the sport, that is a good thing for everyone. I am keen on new innovations and that 900 ace is a pretty cool engine package. You probably thought it sucked, have you taken a ride in the new can-am maverick 172 hp? If this sled engine went that way, you might not hate this new release so much. Happy Riding!

Please tell me why anyone with any brains would buy a 900ace turbo when you can get a sidewinder for virtually the same price?

Then why didn't they go that way out the gate? Blow everyone's minds with a badass 4s turbo that all the market could use and enjoy?

If they would have come out with a 172 hp 900 ace turbo g4 with a 175” track at 540 lbs then they would dominate the market. Now not so much.

They don't want to go head to head with the sidewinder. BRP likes to compete in its own classes so it can dominate it lol.

I can't imagine an external intake sock would comply with noise regulations and that we'll ever see one on a factory sled.

Lol next year release threads are humorous, same thing every year: the big bore, turbo, 390lb sled is coming and then the day of the release it’s bold new graphics, and the thread dies there.
