First billet grate in a Hammerhead from Firefish.
I prefer the Thunder Jet construction, lots more meat supporting the bottom for those "unseen" underwater obstacles.
I would finish welding intake and bottom first ?
Yes man they just flipped it and sent me a pic, give them a sec..

Does Firefish router the chines/strakes into the UHMW?
Thunder Jet still build boats Junk I had an Eagle Jet boat Alberta built the only 3 to buy in my eyes Eagle Bratt or Fire fishI prefer the Thunder Jet construction, lots more meat supporting the bottom for those "unseen" underwater obstacles.
Pump pics with machined insert, This is something new for the 212.

Cheaper then putting a Scott nozzle on for sure.
I asked this a few years ago as why they didn’t just machine Hamilton nozzle?
Wasn't the money...... seen to many scotts lock up with small rocks and then cant steer. Happened with 2 different boats with scotts multiple times, that was enough for me to stick with the 212.
Power nozzle is waste of money anyway . IMO
Not sure what the insert is going to do either?
Few guys have tried the Scott on Hamilton and doesn’t work the same as it does on the Scott.
Why do you think that you require it on the power you will be running ?
Your old boat with impeller tight worked very well .
Would spin out a bit until it was tightened up but not bad.
Chris is just looking for an edge on my sport jet this year lol
If his new one runs as good as old one he had ??
He has you covered !! Haha
