Nice! Crazy how much cnc billet is starting to get used in the race stuff now too. Repeatability is handy

I prefer the Thunder Jet construction, lots more meat supporting the bottom for those "unseen" underwater obstacles.

When I think tough skinny water boat Thunder Jet is not the boat that comes to my mind. Very nice boats but more of big water cruising boat to me. Fire fish are probably the toughest boat in the market.

Cheaper then putting a Scott nozzle on for sure.
I asked this a few years ago as why they didn’t just machine Hamilton nozzle?

Wasn't the money...... seen to many scotts lock up with small rocks and then cant steer. Happened with 2 different boats with scotts multiple times, that was enough for me to stick with the 212.

Power nozzle is waste of money anyway . IMO
Not sure what the insert is going to do either?
Few guys have tried the Scott on Hamilton and doesn’t work the same as it does on the Scott.
Why do you think that you require it on the power you will be running ?
Your old boat with impeller tight worked very well .
Would spin out a bit until it was tightened up but not bad.

If his new one runs as good as old one he had ??
He has you covered !! Haha

Oh he will have me no doubt about it! I just need to get my sport jet jabs in there when I can, because he hates them so much! I think I am going to record the sound of my boat and then sneak a CD of it into his stereo just to remind him of the sport jet lol. His old boat was nice! Only got to go with him once or twice. This year will go lots with him.
