Seriously? I got up this morning and had to read this crap? Come on. No one cares. I think everyone in here just needs some throttle therapy like myself and move on. Keep it on topic and brag about what the white stuff is doing please

+1. All i care about is when there is enough snow so I can drive 8+ hours in my platty pullin my 4 place so I can unload from the parking lot.

You better have extra Sudds and Buds when you go out this weekend. The red plate “Platty” is coming with the four place. I’m most likely going to block the road at km 8. You’ll be waiting awhile to get out. I’m bringing extra fuel.

Apologies. No disrespect to you BC folk. I shouldnt paint everyone with the same brush.

Unfortunately wages in the utility line of work are significantly lower compared to here. I left MB cuz it sucked there too. And no I'm not a lineman. Lol

And yea....about that oil. It pretty much avalanched the year I moved here, so I don't really know what a prosperous economy feels like. MB isn't exactly rich either haha. Just arctic masses.

Back on track, ride safe. Avy ratings went up a notch.

At the moment the streets are bare and green grass in town. Take it from there.

Heavy rain in the valley for the past 2 days has been falling as snow up top.

There will be regular updates now on our website in the news banner. Check the grooming report for trails groomed, snow levels at cabins, new snow and hazards. dates on grooming reports are the evening the trails are groomed.

You can also check the Yamacam. http://revelstokesnowmobileclub.com/yamacam/ We will be able to read the snow pole better soon. We are trying to conserve power to keep the lights on, the satellite powered up for internet and the camera running. A new power system has been developed, tested, ordered and will be installed soon.

Today it looks like parking for the wknd. will be at 3 km. and up the Bezanson on Boulder and at Frisby you are back in the main lot. This could change before the wknd. with temps, snow or rain and road conditions.

It is still early season and suggested you use sled decks, 2 place open trailers, snow tires and 4x4 to access parking areas up the mtn. If you are using large enclosed trailers we suggest you access the parking areas up the mtn. early.

This pic. is from yesterday. Thanks Johnny and Jon. :)

What a pile of snow at Frisby. Had a wicked day in the Caribou, first in and fresh tracks all morning till my partner speared a tree into his primary clutch and ripped a weight right off it. Tons of snow but settling out. I probed 220cm in one spot.
