We are staying at the last spike from Dec 26-29. Hopefully there's a few dumps.

Riding boulder or frisby tomorrow. Will post some updates. Still snowing in town

Rode boulder today. Parked at 4km but some guys went up to 10ish. Sun came out and made for some awesome early season riding. Forgot to probe the depth but there was a very solid base under about 30cm of fresh. Some rocks showing but we avoided any carnage.

Was good snow down low but by days end most melted
Great day up top and actually a good base

6-10" of snow on top of the road as it wasn't compacted yet. After about 10kms you could run scratchers and the your skis werent wearing down skags on the road
