2017 / 2018 Valemount Conditions and Updates

The snow just keeps falling the riding areas and conditions are great. Reports of some of the best riding all year are coming in from those lucky enough to get out this week. Pic below is from Chappell yesterday and its still snowing!

All three areas will be groomed up fresh tonight.

If you do venture out to play, please stick to low angle terrain and avoid any overhead exposure as high winds and new load will increase the avalanche hazard. Good news is that you choose the terrain you ride in, and enjoying this deep snow safely is an easy task.

Just found out my riding partner isn't going to be in Valemount until Friday night. Great..... I'm here.
I'm wondering if there any groups that might not mind a tag along tomorrow (Friday). I have all the gear, avy equp and training.
To be honest I'm an Intermediate rider.
