Hey guys, So I was riding my Axys this weekend and all of a sudden the brake went spongy. There is still lots of pad left. It seems to have a little bit of tension the goes soft all the way to the handle bar. It is still full of fluid and found no leaks. Seems to me that the calibers piston itself it by passing? Is this a normal issue on them?

Not to sure how air would get in there when there is no leaks anywhere ?

Plunger seal needs to be replaced. Buddies 16' had the same issue last year.

So the plunger in the master cylinder ?

Yes sir. Most likely torn the seal on the plunger.
I know the parts fiche doesn't show the plunger, but I believe we had ordered him a new plunger and seal from Cycle Works Edm.
