Hey looking at buying a 2015 ski-doo summit x 154x2.6 track. Was wanting to know if the chain case is the same on the non t3 sleds as the t3 sleds. Could I install the t3 flex edge track with the stock drivers or no. What are my options for putting a 3inch track on. Thanks!

What kinda drivers do I need to make it work. Also I could just buy a 154x16x3 flex edge track and get smaller drivers and it work work good would there be clearance problems?

7tooth avids is what you need to make that 3" work. Get your track and the drivers and your good to go.

Don't waste your money on Avids. Just buy a T3 driveshaft and drivers. Bit less coin with shipping and exchange and less screwing around also makes it easy to go back to the 2.5" when you sell.

Don't forget about clutching the beast as well...probably gonna need 438 ramps to get 3 inch to spool up properly.

Your gearing down 7-8% with smaller driver so some clutching will be required.

Did this to my freeride over the summer, driveshaft from a t-3 if you are going to use a camo extreme you will need 9" rear wheels or I went with the offset rear axle from cr racing, if you are using the flex edge you can run the stock rear wheels. It is a tight squeeze hear the odd rub once in a while in certain situations but works great

Dynamo joe clutching with mountain ramps, I believe his mountain ramps are very similar to the 438 ramps and I also geared up to a 21/49 with the t3 light weight bottom gear. 153x16 3" flex edge with t3 drivers. Is what im running and it works great.

I did a 20T top gear, and put 438 ramps in and a black secondary spring in as per big John from SHR.
works great. I tried a bunch of clutching combos with the 2.5 and 3" and eventually ran out of time and patience
