2015 HCR chain case questions

It's been a while since I've done anything with a chaincase.
Last two sleds were diamond drives.
Figured I'd do some maintenance.

So my questions are.
1 - how do you set the chain tension? I do not see any tension adjustment bolts coming out of the chaincase side. Do I need to completely open up the housing to check/adjust tension?

2 - last trip out. I spent some time upside down. Noticed both the AVP oil and chain case oil leaking out. So wondering what my level is supposed to be. (I dont have the owners manual). As of now I am halfway in the sight glass. And if I relate to our equipment at work, I usually go 1/2 - 2/3 up the glass. Can I apply that same principle on this chaincase?

3 - should I run cats oil? Or can I get away with SAE 75W-90 gear oil?

And lastly. Where the heck is that damn drain plug? Thinking I may have to pull the skid plate to find it.

No drain plug. You gotta pull the cover to drain the oil. That involves pulling the hood and the can to make it easy. I just threw an absorbent pad in there to catch the oil. It's an automatic tensioner, so no need to adjust. It takes 15oz of fluid. I've always just run cat fluid in mine. 15oz puts it about 3/4up the sight glass.

I'll leave the can and hood off it. Pick up cats oil and gasket sometime over the holidays. And pull it. Then. Oil looks dirty.

Came out of the rubber fill plug. Dont think I pushed it in all the way when I was playing with it before the last trip

You shouldn't need an new gasket it isn't the style of gasket that sticks and tares.

I have used synthetic gear oil in my all my sleds chaincases for years without any issues
