2014 900 Orange Madness issue?

I noticed a lot of play in my front axles, Dif ends of axles...

I pulled the Dif out, everything is clean, and the bearings are tight as should be....Yet, I just cant figure out, for the life of me why there is so much play in them? Is it normal maybe? I never even thought of checking when new...

Totally normal. Polaris has a hub that come out of the diff then the axle fits into it. So they don't need to be tight so it seals for oil. This way if you break an axle you don't wreck your diff like lots of other manufacturers.

Did you grease the splines up good before putting back together? Make coming apart easier next time
