Their Facebook page says that Polaris has not released a MSRP yet and that they required an approximate price value to register the contest. So it definitely includes the trip but it's clearly just a guesstimate value.
hasn't that belt drive been the aftermarket preffered choice of drives for years now?.....shouldn't take the turbo boys long to blow up that belt drive
I have no idea what some of the guys are going on about the a-arms being weak that's a total joke, if you HIT something then something is going to give, better an a-arm then a bulkhead. The power is increased but only 1 or 2 horsepower with changes to improve durability, better ecu, wiring, pistons, cly, case etc. The fact that it weighs 417 lbs is fantastic and I have heard it feels like an even bigger loss in weight because the belt drive works so well. As for the price some guys need to stop crying and look at what you are getting, the belt drive alone to put on aftermarket is well over 2k plus install if you can't do it yourself then look at what you would spend to lose the rest of the 15 lbs. I think this sled is a bargain at that price and if you don't you have not been around very long. There were guys spending 5 to 10 thousand or more after the sled purchase to get THIS sled and now it is coming out of the crate this way. Ski-Doo has been higher price all along I am sure they will not LOWER the price on their new flagship.
Food for thought do you think they would have released all the goodies so early in the season. There is more to come! Why not release the photos of the 163 at the same time? There will be more info released march 5. Dont forget theres still the dealer meeting in orlando. Still have to impress the dealers that attend as well. Im guessing just a 500 dollar increase from last years pricing as well. Gotta pay to have the best!
P.s. Sorry for all caps!!
HEY IT TAKES AWAY ALL THE CAPS AWESOME!!!!
Good post! Why do people get so upset when there sled bends up when they hit a tree or rock?????? The sleds weren't designed to hit immovable objects. If you don't want parts bending then we will all be riding 1500 lb machines!
