Thought I would start posting some of our builds. This one is a brand new

Build list
2012 800 STD
C3 Carbon tunnel
C3 Carbon hood
C3 Carbon fuel Tank
C3 post forward
C3 Belt drive
162" 2.5" challenger track
fox floats on the front
timbersled rear skid with carbon fiber rails
Tapps primary clutch
boss seat

We are shipping this chassey to a fellow in Norway and he is putting an M1000 engine in it, I cannot wait to see some video on this thing!
also building a couple more turbo versions as well, i will post some of those pics up once we start.

i will post weight of chassey with no motor once i get the rest of compenents in. my guess will be 275lbs

What will u be using for a drive system? Diamond drive? I can't believe someone's going with a 1000 motor then the 800ho's. That's a creative idea. Can get a lot of power out of those 1000's that's for sure if set up and tuned right. What's the plan for the 1000, turbo?

The 1000 will fit in there?Must be going to be custom pipe?Looks like an awesome build!I'm glad it's a 1000 2 stroke and not a Yamaha 4 stroke tainting that chassis!LOL!!

I took one of these to the mountains last year for a weekend. I am a Doo guy. I have to say the thing worked great. Liked the way it handled for never riding one. Not sure what the cost of it would have been. I am guessing around or over $20000.00. And I am still a Doo guy. If there stock machines handled and worked as good as this Carbon Kitty I might have changed.
