I have a 2013 that I have done a few mods to and on the last 2 rides I haven't been hitting my max rpm range. I ride from 2500 to approx. 6000ft.
I have a c3 belt drive with 2.52 ratio, mtn tek drop in kit with their head. I just put the 2016 axys 2.6 track on it with the stock 8 tooth drivers, HPS can, kurts clutch kit with Polaris 10-64 weights.
The last ride was approx. 4500ft maybe a bit higher. I was only hitting and holding 7850-7900rpm. It would spike to approx. 8000 and sit at 7900.
I was running 66 gram weights in my 2012 down low and 64 up high with it almost stock and always hit 8200 plus.
What are guys running normally? I am gonna have to run 60-62 gr. for 4000-6000 and that seems light.
