Looks sick, I heard that you have to be careful PC the rails, so they arent brittle. Is that true?

I know about 6 guys that have done it to their rails and have had no issues. So hopefully it holds up. I'm thinking it will be fine. Keep fingers crossed.

i ride with 3 174" pros all powder coated rails and no breaks last year with around 1000km on each and you would think 174 would be the easiest to bend

Baking process of the powder coating does not get close to the heat needed to compromise the material.

Good to know, I was talking to one guy and he said he wrecked two sets of rails, Thats why I havent done it yet. Maybe its just where he got it done. I love the black and orange.

Thanks man. Coming along nicely. I'll post more pictures once I get the rest of the front end done. Wanted it to look like mine not like every other pro out there.

yup, I like making mine different, but I went with graphics, but love the PC of all the little parts, looks sick

Did you have any issues bolting everything back together after the coating was applied? due to the thickness of the coating?
