how do you remove the jack shaft and drive shaft from 1100 turbo? which way does te shaft come out?don't ant to just start whaling on it with a hammer and do damage!! any input would be appreciated
Once the chaincase side is disassembled, remove the spiral ring holding the jackshaft in the TCL. Heat the TCL (gently), and a smack with a dead blow hammer from the chaincase side will release the bearing & shaft from the TCL. For the driveshaft, remove brake rotor & caliper, and driveshaft slides that way.
