2012 E-Tec 2000' clutch elevation set up

I am looking for some feed back on clutch setup for the 12 etec. I am trying to help a couple of buddies who bought them this year. One is a 146 And the other is a 154.What I would like to know is what the set up from stock is, and also if any one has any suggestions for 2000' set up. I will be starting with the Dalton pin kit, but am unsure of the primary spring to use. Also not sure if ramps stay the same or not- I have read differing opinions.Thanks
