The 2011 Brutes are already out with no power steering. The 2012's come out sometime in 2011 and they are the ones that will supposedly have the new PS

i would be happy if they fix the rear output shaft i see mudinmyblood has pics of the new seal, kawi should recall every brute for that lol i wish

My dealer told me today the 2012 Brute will be released Feb 4, 2011.

Brutes aren't bad but I think theres room for improvment

have a RLF prob every 5-6 rides he roasts a belt and has to drive home in that safe mode chit they got.

hes running 29.5s but still i abuse mine much worse.

That's nothing tio do with his machine, it is the rider. I have had my 29.5 laws, lift and wiegh quite a bit and haven't roasted a belt yet with these tires(approx.800km). I do have my clutch kit set up properly though.

LOL ...Very true , never had a problem with 29.5`s with a proper clutch kit on my old brute. Rider and setup error......

There a great bike, this is my old one and it is still going stong...

yea the only time i ever blew up my belt is when i tried a lime green secondary with a maroon primary, put my red back in with my xtx never had a problem sinch
