2012 144 light weight skid work in a 98 rmk with 136?

so a friend wrecked his 2012 assault and i mean wrecked but the track and skid are still good so i was wondering if there is a way to make that nice light weight skid work in my machine that has an extra 10? any opinions or thoughts would be awesome! thanks

my machine already has a 136x2 track but would love to run the walker evan set up and a 144
