I am not a polaris guy but i must say that sled looks pretty sweet and even better a 800 then the old 600 sweet

better not ride in an airplane or a lotus car because structural bonding is waaaaaaay stronger than you think

this is vhb, the hotel in dubai that looks like a sail boat in the ocean is put together with this.

I don't like it. The front looks like they are copying doo. Also I don't like the molding on the back where it comes down too soon over the track. How's that working for them. I remember when the first rev's came out, the way the tunnel piece came down over the track, they sucked. I have always liked poo's colors though.

Airplanes are inspected WWWAAAAYYY more ofete than sleds for structural failure though

yah but its structural bonded and structural riveted........so yah. its like a weld with out the heat, heat weakens aluminum.

Doo gets rid of the beavertail in 2004, and Poo brings it right back... LOL
What parts are double sided sticky taped??

I guess Doo copied Poo, as this sleds front end is based on the old XLT Poo's from the 90's.

supposed to be a rocket on the trails and ride like a caddy....if you hit 6 inchs of pow you will need a crane to get it out because its so damn heavy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting pics..... looks like the old REV and the old INDY sleds had a disfigured child.....

I hope they get the motor figured out before they loose all their customers to Cat.

How is an A arm front end based on a trailing arm from 15 years ago????.That sled looks rediculus, It will never lend its self to a mountain sled as the leverages caused by streaching out that system will require it to weigh a ton... Good job polaris you have a firm grip on last place
