Hello everyone

We don't want to rush you through the summer season, however we are really excited about our new 2011 truck deck, and wanted to let everyone know about our snowcheck program this year. I snowcheck will start Sept 1st with deliveries starting October 1st. We will only be producing 50 of our newly redesigned decks. A tremendous amount of time and effort along with 3d modeling has gone into our new decks.

The strength and quality that our Full Lotus line of decks are known for shines through this new design, with some really awesome new features and options to make the deck even more user friendly.

Without further delay!!!


We are very proud to introduce our 2011 Full Lotus recreational truck deck, this deck has taken a very long time to design and test and we are happy to say that it is the best deck we have ever produced.


We have made some major changes on the deck, this was achieved by using Solidworks 3D modelling software, with that being said the deck is still unmistakeably Full Lotus!


2011 Features:


Frame: This is an area were the deck really shines, we have incorporated 2 new custom extrusions, 1 centre extrusion that serves two purposes, it captures the decking material and also gives you a centre channel down the entire length of the deck to add extra tie down points. The 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] extrusion serves two purposes as well, it is used as the two main frame supports and also has t slots which is how the legs now attach to the frame. Also the frame is no longer butt welded together we drill each cross member and pass the new round cross members through each of the drilled cross members, we then weld them. This method is so strong that we actually tested the strength of the deck with no welds at all.



Slide outs: We have kept our upper 2” tube that lets you know it is a Full Lotus deck, and then used another 2” tube along with our custom extrusion to finish off the slide outs. The slide outs now finish into the headache rack eliminating the large space at the front of the deck when the slides are pulled out. We have replaced greasing the slides with CNC machined delrin bushings, this gives you a nice smooth slide out.



Decking: We have retained our plastic composite decking, but have now designed a decking retention system which eliminates all decking screws. The outer decking retention system also doubles as a box seal and allows you to lower your deck to just above your bed rails, by putting a weather strip along the top of your bed rails you can create a water tight environment under the bed.



Legs: We have made a large change with our legs by having the legs go from one side of the box to the other, this method of building the legs distributes the weight of the deck and your recreational vehicle over the entire width of the box as opposed to just each corner. Our legs remain both height and position adjustable.



Ramps: This is another area where we have made some changes, as a standard feature you will get our 11' telescoping ramp system. We now have an additional option for those of you who use the deck for both Snowmobiles and side x sides or over width quads. We have designed a dual folding ramp system, which when together works great for your sleds, but when you need a wider ramp for your side x side or over width quad you simply separate the ramps to whatever width you need. Also this system offers you a slide out tray.



Lighting: New for this year each deck will come with mini LED lights, with integrated brake and turn signals for added safety. Also there is now more under deck lighting provided by way of LED's.



Finish: All 2011 decks will now leave the Full Lotus factory powder coated in a textured black finish.



Even with all the changes and upgrades we have managed to retain our last year's pricing of $3495.00.


This years snow-check sale gives you the choice of $250 off the retail price or choose the ramp upgrade with sliding tray which is a $650 value.

Thank you for your continued interest, our decks will start shipping October 1st, we are in the middle of doing the production run at this time. The decks will be shipped to our customers in the order that we receive the orders from our customers. We will start taking snowcheck deposits on September 1st, we do however at this time have a list started of customers who wanted to be contacted on September 1st to place there order. Our 2011 Full Lotus recreational truck deck snowcheck has officially started, so if you have been thinking of getting one of our new decks this year, this is the time to call in and book your deck, the snowcheck is on until October 1st and will not be held over past that day. With the orders coming in this morning we are already booking into the third week of October for deliveries.
