Hey Guys

We are going full out with production on all the decks that you guys have ordered, we wanted to take a minute to show you our new deck bed construction and go over some of the great new features.

First we will start with how the deck goes together.

We no longer butt weld any of the cross members, all of our cross tubes are drilled through our main deck rails, what this does is actually gives you a structural component before the deck is even welded.

We have gone from square tubing for the slide out tubes to round, this now allows us to machine nylon bushings for the slide outs to slide on instead of using grease.

As you can see we have incorporated our own center extrusion, this center extrusion does 2 things, first it allows you to install tie points, or hooks, or winch points all along the center of the deck. Next it captures the decking material in the center of the deck, eliminating deck screws.

We have custom formed aluminum outer channels, this also does 2 things, first it works in conjunction with the center extrusion in capturing the decking material, again eliminating all the decking screws on the deck. Also it allows you to put a thick weather stripping on the under side of the deck or on your truck bed rails, and lower the deck to this foam (We are not suggesting you put the weight of the deck on your bed rails, just low enough to touch the weather stripping), which gives you a weather tight seal in the box, this is just something you can do and does not need to be done, but it is a nice option if you choose to do it.

As you can see we have also incorporated a custom extrusion for the leg attach points, this new extrusion allows you to slide your legs anywhere along the entire length of the deck. Also it gives you creative guys who customize everything you own, an endless mounting bracket for just about anything, like hanging a custom fuel tank, or using it to make a hanging shelf, or anything else you can think of.

As always our decks are entirely TIG welded. We thought our decks were pretty darn strong previously, being able to hold the 4500lbs mini excavator, with this new method of drilling the cross members through the main deck rails we have strengthened the deck incredibly, and it is lighter then our previous generations of decks.

Thanks for looking!
