I'm pretty sure there is still a Dpf on the urea injected chev and ford. I looked under the 2011 chev and it sure looks like there is a dpf underthere.

There is, urea was added on top of the dpf. Extra cost and just retarded. It will be nothing but a headache.

It still has the dpf filter i believe but instead of injecting diesel to burn off the soot it uses urea

oh well that sucks hopefully they will have delete kits out asap save allot of money in milege as well as that urea injection juice is i believe 4 dollars a liter and 23 lites will go 8000 km on the chevy the ford uses a little less according to reviews and who knows once they have you all trapped on the urea injection the company that has the patent or owns it might start chargin 8 bucks a liter. Hopefully the aftermarket has a way of getting a straight through exhaust on these new diesels

This urea injection is not new it's been in use for years in the UK in heavy trucks and you can get it at the pumps over there.
