Has anyone else wondered about the steel balance ring on the m8 primary just actually noticed it when i changed springs. It isnt on the 1000, and its a shacking bitch. i wonder why the 8 needs one, seems odd to take the weight out of the crank only to add it back on the primary? Almost makes me want to take it off just to see how the engine reacts. Should really rev quick but would likely hunt for rpm????
