That one spine looks like it has the perfect wind lip to send it half down the other side.

looked at it, but its MUCH bigger than it looks. VERY steep on the take off side and the landing is very undulated. (sp?)

Yes, although if user numbers remain low for this trail, this may be the last groom for Chappell Creek

Boy, its gotten darn wet and cold around here today, hopefully thats a good sign of things to come.

Rode westridge today, it was alright. Enough fresh snow to cover tracks, but concrete underneath. Had to play it safe cause there was slides everywhere though and couldn't see all too well. Avalanche danger seems to be quite high, so tried to stay off the big hills.

chappell was great today. 8"-1' of fresh everywhere. Got much better in the afternoon after the upper crust melted. Our tests showed quite a good snowpack, but the info is VERY area specific, so please visit www.avalanche.ca before heading out.

Allan was GREAT today ! The light was a bit off, but for spring the snow was awesome. I hope everyone enjoyed the dogs and free ride for the day. Over 100 hot dogs were cooked by the Alpine Country Crew. Big thanks goes out to vince and his staff, it was a great turn out and i hope some of the S&M crew were out there to enjoy it

The fella on the GT is vinnie himself (think he won king of the hill today on the GT as well:d)
