It is Still Winter here ! I still can't see My Neighbors across the Street !

The SNOW is Piled HIGH here in the Village still....

The Hi-Ways are bare and Dry ! BUT....Watch at night as it Dips below Freezing the Snow melting across the Hi-Ways turns to ICE !

WATCH Out for " PONDING " You see Puddles the Size of Small Lake STEER CLEAR if Safe to do so.....

Hitting those PONDS can Really Throw You they are DANGEROUS !

So Drive Safe out there !

Looks like its been fairly warm the last few days, the forecast is saying as high as +7 in the upcoming week (hopefully that's a lie!) does anyone have any info on the alpine temps for the last few days?, hoping to come down at the end of the month and would hate for all that champagne pow to turn to slush by then!

The Snow Line is at about 4000 Feet soooo thats where the Cold Air is at...

Its hard to predict the Weather in Blue River as different Systems can come in really fast

I guess the best way to tell what the Temps. and Weather will be like is to....

It is Raining right now Temp. + 2.4 C Socked right in and Raining....

The Clouds have broke some and I can see that it is SNOWING UP TOP !!

Our Current Temp is +1.2 C. Drizzling.....

The Rain Drops should be Turing into Snowflakes pretty soon !

Current Temp. @ 2:40pm. is +3.2 Broken Overcast.....

The Shines through every now & then and Ohhh Bot that Sun has some Heat to it !

Ok....It is Snowing at this Minute....LOL Wait 10 Minutes and it will Change Again !

It was pretty Sunny today with a Temp. reaching + 5.1C.

Current Temp. @ 8:00pm is 0.7 C.

Look at that FULL MOON !!!!

They are calling it a " SUPER MOON " It is VERY LARGE Moon ....

Go look Outside right NOW !!

It is also the Equinox Today 12 Hours Daylight & 12 Hours Night time ....

Double Whammy.....No Wonder I feel Tired !

The Moonlit Sky is Hazy looks pretty Cool.....

Well ALL of Our Guests Canceled.....We sit Empty this Weekend....bummer....

how is the snow in paradise/big blue/holy grail, I have 2 weeks holidays starting march 26 & plan on heading to Blue River again for at least one week, if not more, have been to Big Blue last year, spent two full days & only went into the the first 3 bowls, absoulutely amazing! We were the only ones in there the whole weekend, couldn't be any better, waist deep powder & any style riding you wanted to do you could, such variety that it was crazy, & in early April! I have only been out once this year, Blue River of course but the snow was lacking at new years, still fun though, any day sledding abosolutey destroys a week of work. Will definitely be stopping by to see you Patti & Robin, I just can't wait to see what the snow conditions are like now. I have every intention on going to Blue River at least once a year, it is #1 on my list if I am only able to go sledding once a year to the mountains. Keep up the great work
