2009 Yamaha Nytro MTX pricing

Just wondered if I could have a few comments on pricing for this sled. It is listed on kijiji for 10,000 with just a couple hundred kms on it. What would this sled have sold for new? That price seems pretty good I thought it should be around 11,500 but there are a few around 10K - summer pricing do you think?
