2006 m7 intermittet spark

having trouble with m7 starts then dies. like it got shut off it will fire for a second then dies .somtimes spark then no spark set for a bit try it again it starts then dies

Try testing the stator. It sounds like the windings are starting to go.

Could be a ground corroding check the mains on the back side of the motor as well

that happened to mine one year after i rolled it. found that a wire had melted and grounded out going to my injectors causing the same issue. i have a pdf version of the service manual if you need it good luck

There was a known chafing issue with the taillight wiring on the M7's that was causing this exact symptom. I'd check this first. Right at the back end where the wiring goes through the tunnel.

mine did the same after it cold seized from sucking snow through the intake. ran that way haha

unplug your kill switch. you can still shut it off with the key. if it starts and stays running then you either got a bad switch or your throttle cable is too tight setting off the saftey switch inside the throttle block

dont have a kill switch just a key .where is the throttle body position at.
