2005 sportsman 500 front axle/diff clicking

Hi I'm new to the Site and am in need of help. was out riding through some mud/ water when I have it in 4wd and the front tires they are spinning and bouncing they is a loud clicking sound. And I noticed there is a little play in the axles to the diff.

Any help on this would be awesome

just a guess....but sounds like possibly broke or breaking axle bud!

Yeah could be a CV on the way out. Also the front diff is probably due for a fluid change.

Did you ever find out what the problem was? Mine started to make a clicking sound this weekend also.
