2003 rev no spark

Any help would be great, I have an 03 rev 600 ho . I have no spark to plugs stator puttin voltage to mpem,3-5 volts.I jump head lamp relay and they light when pulling over. The coil has 250 volts dc and bleeds slowly. Still no spark. Tried jumping dess disconected kill switch.Checked black and yellow wire at mpem not shorted to ground.

I'd replace the plug wires if you haven't already. My 06 rev needed one replaced after 2 seasons.

Checked coil 5 ohms wires cap to cap 17k

one of the trigger coils were bad replaced all set
